Published by trixxie at 12:41 am under Home Edit This

There are several ways to cope with holiday depression.   If your holiday depression is being cause by loneliness; go out and socialize.  Go shopping with a friend or family member or volunteer at a church to help people.  If your holiday depression is cause by lack of money to spend of gifts look for ways to cut back and save.  Not every gift has to be a lot of money some of the best gifts can be made quite easily.

Think about what is most important on you holiday list of things to do and concentrate on getting those things done before starting something else.  Knowing that you have completed some tasks will give you a sense of accomplishment.  Eating a balanced, healthy diet and getting plenty of rest will also help with holiday depression.
