The best natural alternative to help you chase away depression is taking care of yourself. When you eat well-balanced meals and exercise it can help you get back on track with your daily routine. Making sure that you take care of your emotional needs is one of the biggest decisions to make to keep depression under control.
By going to support groups and talking with a counselor or a psychiatrist can also help you resolve depression. Sometimes when you are dealing with it by yourself, you can pick up a hobby or even get involved with volunteer groups to help people such as the homeless and the abuse shelters or join a walking marathon.

thats true… you need to surround yourself with good people. Get a hobby, do something for yourself, do something you love… exercise, eat right, relax, and be positive
I notice when I am in a funk there are a couple of natural remedies which immediately do wonders. One is listenting to music and the other is going out for a walk. They both clear the mind.
